The Amazon SNS topic must have a topic name that begins with AmazonRekognition if you are using the AmazonRekognitionServiceRole permissions policy.

StartCelebrityRecognitionrequests, the sameJobIdis returned. UseClientRequestTokento prevent the same job from being accidently started more than once.
